This stunning 3700 Sq Ft home is located on the second fairway of the Greg Norman course. This highly desirable, popular model home is richly appointed. The spacious floor plan makes for the ultimate entertaining home, large beautiful kitchen and dining room offering great views and a fireplace. Living room offers large seating area with TV and wet bar overlooking the golf course and private pool. The expansive master suite boasts a King size bed, TV and direct access to back pool patio, it also offers an oversized spa-like bathroom that has been completely remodeled. Two guest bedrooms with king size beds and private bathrooms, two additional bedrooms will share the guest bathrooms and one boast a king size bed and other one a bunk bed. Back patio offers a private pool and spa and gas BBQ.
This home requires a refundable security deposit. The homeowner will pay up to $350 on gas and electricity (combined) per month; any overage will be the guest's responsibility.
