Perfect location in PGA West where this uniquely designed home is situated overlooking the 10th green of the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course. Enjoy endless views of the golf course with Santa Rosa Mountain's in the backdrop. Sip cocktails while lounging on pool floaty , enjoy sunsets from the spa or stay warm around 2 outdoor fireplaces. Perfect entertainers' backyard with built in BBQ area, 2 separate seating areas to entertain or head to a lounge chair to soak up the sun and read a book! Upon entering you will be wowed by a private Italian inspired courtyard with fireplace, a table that seats 10 and outdoor string lighting that’s perfect for dining al fresco! From the courtyard you can enter either of the two 1 bedroom 1 bath casitas. The larger casita also offers 2 queen beds and a large living space. Perfect for private office if working from home! The King size Casita is also spacious and has a private sitting area. The open floor plan of the main residence consists of a massive primary suite with fireplace, sitting area and a private slider to the backyard. Floor to ceiling windows capture every view of the golf course and mountains. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower, soaking tub separate vanity and a large walk-in closet. The open concept living space includes a bar with beverage frig, eating area, TV room and overlooks the golf course and mountains. 3 large sliding doors give this home the perfect indoor out door entertaining spaces. The kitchen has designer appliances and was newly stocked in 2021 including, air fryer, table setting for 12, crockpot, keurig, pots pans plate mats, glass wear, serving ware, bakeware, bar ware, and utensils . The giant island is the heart of the kitchen where everyone can gather while cooking up your favorite feast. This home has indoor/outdoor sound system and everything is automated by a Control 4 system from a central control center. Best House We Have Stayed At

Great house on a PGA West golf course. Large backyard with pool and hot tub. Open floor plan with ceiling high windows. Unbelievably well stocked with everything you could need. Owner (not an agency) was very responsive when we had any questions or if there was anything that needed attention. We were there for three months and our friends really loved the casitas. Could not find a better property.

Like staying at a friend's place

This place was truly amazing. Julia left us a lovely card & gift basket! As well as fresh flower bouquets, which I found to be so thoughtful. Everything was very clean. The primary bedroom and bathroom are huge! The outdoor living space and pool/jacuzzi looked like a resort. We had several members of our family and friends visit during our 6 week stay and the casitas were perfect! Julia was a fantastic host and was available whenever I had a question. I highly recommend visiting this little slice of heaven.

Great house and location

This house is great, the backyard and pool are amazing. We really enjoyed the views of the mountains and golf course from the yard. The owner Julia was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

unfortunate misunderstanding

The property is a clean organized property. However, the property was not as described. The property is not listed accurately. The property is a 1 bedroom home with 2 detached guest houses. It's a wonderful listing for adults but not families with small children. I have encouraged the owner to change her listing so she can have positive experiences on vrbo. Communication with the owner is also very difficult and misleading.
