This was not a great stay. We enjoyed the place when we first arrived, it was a decent place, art was nice, spacing worked well, and everything seemed okay. However, the room had cockroaches and bedbugs, which we discovered during the night. It became so bad that we felt unsafe staying there and had to leave in the middle of the night. When we reported this to management, instead of taking the issue seriously, they implied that we were lying. There was no concern for our safety and comfort, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation. Being accused of dishonesty after dealing with an infestation and providing proof was was incredible frustrating and unprofessional.

Great stay! Very convenient to everything. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is i would have liked more towels so we can separate the beach towels from the bath towels. And would have liked bigger pillows on the beds. Other than that, the place was very clean and secure and messages were replied to immediately!! Thank you very much!
