Cette maison aurait pu être très confortable. Mais comment peut on louer une maison exposée Ouest dans une ile quasi tropicale sans climatisation ni ventilateur ni même des volets ? Si les larges baies vitrées assurent un panorama sympathique, elles surchauffent la maison entière. Il a fait très chaud & ensoleillé cette 1ere semaine d'octobre. La température intérieure ne descendait pas en dessous de 30° selon la station météo installée dans la cuisine ...La terrasse extérieure surchauffée également, n'était donc pas un refuge.
