I was discrimated by the employee checking in my card was said to have been declined but it had money on it finally after calling my card to confirm this transaction my card was swaped 3xs finally when giving a room that I was as small as a shoe box which wasn't the business suite I booked when asked to switched a room the employee agured with me until finally I said don't I have the right to request a different room if this is not the room booked finally she switched me rooms but to the one nearest to the front which is also were I asked to not be when I checked in because I have a child and law enforcement are always near the front.i ended up not staying cancelled reservation and was charged days later they refuse to give me a refunded after been blown off for 2 weeks

The room was filthy! There was hair all over the bathroom sink, the bedding was stained and dirty, the stove was disgusting and covered in foil. There was metal hitches sticking out of the beds that caused me to hurt my knee which i previously just had knee sugery on. Then i had to call the police in the middle of the night becuase there were a bunch of druggies smoking and banging on doors !

You get what you pay for. For a one-night stay, it was fine. The woman working the front desk was excellent. Very professional. The breakfast they served was fine. the room was so-so; and the neighborhood was fair.

No Room at the Inn.

After booking the room from Travelocity, I drive across town only to be told, "Sorry no rooms available" Now the fun begins, I contact Travelocity to report this and request a credit on the charges. The customer service tells me that she has to verify this with the hotel. Several minutes later she says the will be a credit to my card in 7-10 days. Oh what a jackpot winner I am? It is now 11:30pm, with no room. So I head back into San Diego to Hotel Circle, looking for anything with a bed and a door. Found something closer to town and cheaper without using Travelocity. I didn't want the to use "terrible",rating because I never got the room.

OK room, surreal guest treatment

The room was ok. Sufficient for price. But they require a $150 deposit and actually take the time to go "inspect" the room when you check out, in order to get your deposit refunded. Completely disrespectful of their customers time. Not only would I not stay here again, I will not consider a Days Inn again. They may find this an acceptable standard. I do not.

Close to do much, as a visitor.

Clean, friendly, helpful...always!! Very nice cleaning and repair personnel. If fixing is needed, on whatever, it is done quite quickly.
