Stunning property very near the beach--great location. AC vents were dripping water upon arrival, but staff responded quickly and fixed the problem by end of next day. House is bright and airy--perfect for my husband and our four young adult daughters to have a relaxing week away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay with adult kids

Had a great stay in La Jolla. We enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to the ocean. Took many lovely morning walks in the area. Found the location proximate to downtown and the northern beach communities. Home was clean, spacious and rooftop deck was a bonus!

Just as advertised!

This house was perfect for my family's vacation. We had grandparents joining our family of 5 and this house was just perfect for us. We used the beach chairs and it was great that a cooler was also provided to take to the beach. In addition, there were plenty of towels to for all of us. The roof deck was beautiful and provided us an amazing view of the sunset each night.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is AMAZING!!!!! Spacious, very clean, well appointed and super close to the beach!!! Only a 1 minute walk to sit on the sand! Gorgeous views from the roof top seating area! Beautiful kitchen, tons of seating for easy meals at home. Such great spaces everywhere in the home for the whole family! Property Manager was super responsive and so wonderful to work with! We cannot wait to book another visit. Do yourself a favor and book your stay, TODAY!!!

Excellent stay in every way - service, amenities, cleanliness, modern decor & appliances & furnishings. Only issue was regulation of heat. HVAC system is not standard so needs an instruction manual. Bravo on all else.

The place was clean and fully stocked. The location was perfect! …. Our only complaint was the construction and noise from the street behind the house. I know the owner has no control of that! Excellent stay and customer service from 710!

We did a lot of research before selecting 710 Vacation Rentals and our homework really paid off. The house was amazing. Everything promised in the listing plus more! Amy and the team at 710 were highly attentive to any questions and issues. I can't imagine renting a home in San Diego from any other company going forward. We'll be back soon!

Amazing Rental

Such a beautiful home! We really loved the beautiful ocean views from the 2nd floor and the rooftop deck was amazing. This is our second time renting a 710 Vacation Rental and as always their properties are impeccable and have everything we could want in a home away from home. Their communication from the moment we booked till the morning we checked out was fantastic. 710 provided all the information we needed without having to ask tons of questions and when we did have specific questions they were all so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

WindanSeaBeach290 was a great vacation rental. The location was perfect, only steps from the wonderful WindanSea Beach. A highlight was the rooftop patio with a gas fire-pit and plenty of comfy seating. A wonderful place to great the morning or watch the sunset. The home was well laid out and well equipped, great for our extended family of 3 adult couples. The bedrooms were roomy all with their own ensuite bathroom. Dining for our group was easily accommodated at the dinning room table seating 6 with lots of seating in the family/living room as well (complete with a very large screen TV). Overall a wonderful place that we recommend for anyone who enjoys La Jolla and the surrounding areas.

Nice Family Stay

The property was clean with many new amenities. The terrance area was nice, but the heat lamp needs to be repaired for the chilly evenings. The grill handle needs to be repaired. We struggled with adjusting the two second floor cooling units with one remote as it seems clear the temp setting on the report does not apply simultaneously to both cooling units in the ceiling. Soap and bathroom supplies were nice to have provided. These few items are easily to correct. Overall, the facility was as described and the experience was pleasant.

Great proximity to the beach, wonderfully furnished. The main floor has a really comfortable cross breeze which made the home so comfortable - we didn't use any of the A/C during our time. All the bedrooms were great. Bonus feature was clearly the roof deck - we very much enjoyed sunset from here. Like many other beach homes, the garage is a little small but street parking was o.k. If you want peace and quiet, I wouldn't recommend staying here. There's lots of hustle and bustle. I also understand why there's a 10:00 pm quiet rule - it worked well every night except our last night when an inconsiderate person drove down the street blaring loud music at 3:30 am
