This beautiful house with its private swimming pool is located just 300 meters from the sea and all the entertainment.
With its garden and private swimming pool, this villa is ideal for family holidays.
Its beautiful swimming pool not overlooked and its garden will allow you to spend unforgettable moments.
The rooms have the particularity of being on the ground floor. You have two double bedrooms and one bedroom with 3 single beds at your disposal.
On the same level, two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub respectively, as well as a toilet.
A staircase leads upstairs to a living/dining room adjoining a fully equipped kitchen.
A covered terrace at the back allows you to enjoy a beautiful exterior with a view of the garden.
On the other side, another uncovered terrace allows you to play with the sun at any time of the day.
Unlimited WIFI access is available as well as a TV with French channels.
Parking is very easy on the street, even in high season.
Its geographical location is fantastic because it is close to tourist areas and the old village while being in a very quiet and relaxing area.
Sheets and towels are provided (beds are made and there are 2 towels per person).
This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I will welcome you personally on the day of your arrival, and I will leave you a map of L'Escala with all the information you need to know (Supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, surrounding villages, etc.).

Sehr tolles Haus
Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen und einem Kind und haben das Haus sehr genossen. Der Garten ist schön, der Pool toll und auch im Haus gibt es viel Platz und sogar drei Terassen. Irgendwo findet man immer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum verweilen. Vom Haus ist man zudem super schnell zu Fuss am Strand, in Supermärkten oder in Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
