Easy to find, new, fresh, and very walkable to 100's if not 1000's of restaurants and stores. Accommodation of our bags when we arrived early was so very kind and appreciated. Pricing was Exceptional value. 2 rooms for 2 nights for the same cost of a 1 night stay in Hakone. We will return.

A nice solid business hotel that's close to a train/metro station. We did find that the rooms were a bit on the small side for the family, and that it's quite hard to eat together in the room without causing a mess. That said, the room was clean and comfortable.

Fantasic value for money hotel. Nice, clean rooms with decent space for luggage friendly staff, comy beds and with a train staion very close by. We loved it and would definately stay here again. Family of 2 adults & 2 kids.

We read reviews previously so prepared how to check in by ourselves on I pod however walking into to no one at desk was wired. Room was very small for family of 4 and feel clamped to open suitcases. A couple of pillow cases had stains. There was a sign on the table @ do not vomit. My daughter was so shocked. There was old vomit stain on the hallway. It was cheap but we wouldn’t do it again.
