The dryer was very mediocre on property, with no notification that the on property restaurant would be closed during the majority of my stay. The location is very convenient and the shuttle is very nice! It would be nicer if the shuttle came a little more often and ran a little later but it was nice to have the option. Everyone who worked at the hotel was extremely friendly and spoke great English, Mudge was exceptionally helpful. The beds were pretty uncomfortable (very firm) but the staff was willing to bring up additional pillows and duvets as I was a little chilly and that held immensely!! The room also had a heater that was quite toasty and comfortable. There is a place to do laundry but the dryer setting did not work very well so we air dried everything in the room. Everything was very clean and the ski/snowboard storage area was very nice as well. The restaurant (Elements) was affordable and delicious as well!

Located in quiet area. Shuttle service is very good. For a fairly new building there are some disappointments in terms of comfort; Heating in the room is poorly controlled and showers are not equipped with pressure static valves maintaining constant temperature.
