Enjoy sunny holidays in the city, on the beach, just on the balcony or in the idyllic garden. Also by bike the beautiful area can be explored at all seasons, there is a wide network of cycle paths. The Hansestädte Rostock and Wismar are not far away and offer a lot of places of interest. The holiday house offers a lovingly furnished ambience, just a short walk from the beach. For cooler days there is underfloor heating and a fireplace in the living room, which spreads with crackling fire comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower cubicle. There are also hobby kitchens for a well-equipped kitchen, but there are also numerous restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. It is also 800 meters from the marina with many culinary and cultural .. Your hosts live in the house next door and give advice on excursions, fishing areas and restaurant visits. After a busy day, you can enjoy a barbecue or simply enjoy a glass of wine in the beach basket.

Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert: Freundliche Begrüßung, Rundgang durch die Wohnung mit Erklärungen zu technischen Einzelheiten und anschließende Schlüsselübergabe. Ein Fahrrad stand zur Verfügung. Für das Auto stand ein schöner Stellplatz auf den Grundstück zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend

Perfekter Ostseeurlaub

Schon die Begrüßung des Vermieterehepaares war sehr vertrauensvoll und angenehm. Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus 14 Tage lang sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist top und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Tipps von Herrn Heidtmann für die Erkundung der Umgebung - die wir mit den beiden Fahrrädern des Vermieters nahezu täglich genutzt haben - waren sehr hilfreich. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener, schöner Urlaub.

Hervorragende Unterkunft

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Umgebung, die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan. Die Wohnung ist in zwei Etagen aufgeteilt und befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Eingerichtet ist das Haus mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Schon bei der Anreise erfuhren wir die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit der Eigentümer, die uns intensiv erklärten, wie alles funktioniert und was zu beachten ist. Auf Grund der herzlichen Art des Vermieterehepaares, fühlte man sich sofort wohl und herzlich willkommen. Auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes kam es immer wieder zu netten Gesprächen. Es gab eine Menge Tipps rund um den Ferienort. Hinweise auf Veranstaltungen, Ausflugsvorschläge und viele andere Anregungen sind immer dann willkommen, wenn man einen solchen Ort das erste Mal besucht. Wir fühlten uns immer gut beraten, auch wenn wir aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht alles annehmen konnten. Die Innenstadt von Kühlungsborn oder der Yachthafen sind gut fußläufig zu erreichen, wir benutzten nicht einmal unseren Pkw, der sicher auf einem eigenen Parkplatz vor der Ferienwohnung abgestellt war. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. So findet man dort einen Netto- und Aldimarkt die beide gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Das einzige was dort wirklich fehlt, ist m.E. ein Bäcker, der morgens ordentliche Brötchen anbietet. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Alles in allem ist diese gemütliche Ferienunterkunft sehr zu empfehlen und wurde in unsere persöniche TOP 5 ganz oben aufgenommen.

Urlaub an der Ostsee

Ein sehr gemütliches eingerichtetes und komplett ausgestattes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage. Super schön der sonnige Balkon wo wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt haben, sowie ein schön angelegter Garten mit Grillecke, was man mitbenutzen kann. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter, immer mit Tipps parat zwecks Ausflugsorte und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gerne wieder! Liebe Grüße aus Rheine!

Schöner Urlaub, nette+hilfsbereite Vermieter

Es war ein schöner Urlaub inklusive sehr netten Gastgebern. Besonders toll war das morgendliche Frühstück auf dem sonnenbeglückten Balkon. Da die Wohnung nicht direkt am Strand und Kühlungsborn "City" liegt war es sehr gut, dass vor Ort ein Fahrrad zu Nutzung zur Verfügung stand. Allerdings, aber das hat nichts mit den Gastgebern zu tun, gab es mit der Buchung/Zahlung Probleme verursacht durch die FeWo-Direkt-Plattform. Das war etwas stressig aber zum Glück war die Familie so lieb und wir haben eine andere Lösung gefunden. Die entspannte Zeit vor Ort war so schön, dass ich gern noch länger geblieben wäre :)

Klein aber fein

Sehr ruhige, liebvoll eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung. Toll der Balkon, auf dem man in der Sonne frühstücken kann und, wenn man faul sein will, den ganzen Tag verbringen kann. Ruhig, aber trotzdem nah am Ortskern. Ideal für Radfahrer (Fahrradschuppen). Keine geschönten Bilder im Internet. Man sollte keine Probleme beim Treppensteigen haben. Zu emphehlen!

Klein und fein - Urlaub im "Tiny"-Haus

Wir haben den Urlaub im Sommer 2021 in Kühlungsborn sehr genossen. Unsere sehr freundlichen Gastgeber haben uns in jeder Lage geholfen, mit guten Tipps, Handtücher für den Strand - und mit uns einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die stürmische Ostsee und die Kitesurfer genossen. Die Unterkunft war okay und die Vermieter waren sehr kommunikativ, die Lage sehr ruhig. Leider war die Unterkunft fussläufig doch sehr weit vom Hafen und vom Strand entfernt. Ein Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe war nicht vorhanden.
