地方小但樓底高，空間感大（有Video）。size像學生宿舍單人房，放到床、書桌後有活動空間。放到4呎半大床，有Open Kitchen，一個人住綽綽有餘。全屋淡黃燈光波西米亞風格佈置。

設施新淨齊全：
新冷氣；新裝修廁所、新裝修廚房。熱水爐、抽氣扇、抽油煙機、木紋置頂櫥櫃、大儲物空間 （有洗衣機接駁位和雪櫃位，有需要可幫手添置）

安全：
臨近港灣豪庭商場，安全小社區。有街閘。鎖匙經過3度閘門才到家內

衛生：
一層樓梯，樓梯清潔衛生，沒有垃圾或異味，鄰居會自己掃。
