Prince Kuhio Resort is conveniently located near Lawai, Poipu and Brennecke beaches, Whaler's Cove, and famous Spouting Horn. The turnoff to Waimea Canyon is just about 25 minutes away. The world renowned Beach House Restaurant is right across the street. Lawai Beach is a well known snorkeling, snuba and scuba spot. See Humpback whales (seasonal) and sea turtles right from shore. Relax in the evening on the lawn or beach and witness spectacular and romantic Hawaiian sunsets every night.

Our air-conditioned, top-floor condominium has been renovated with new windows, tile, fixtures, TV and refrigerator. Attractive island-style furniture and accessories have been chosen with guests' comfort and pleasure in mind. New hardwood floors and a new tile shower are recent additions.

Overlook lush gardens and the swimming pool while relaxing on your lanai amid the tropical breezes. Enjoy a cup of Kauai coffee here in the mornings and, in the evening or watch colorful skies at sunset while walking on the beach.

Our condominium has a full kitchen to make it easy to dine in the comfort of your home-away-from-home. You may want to check out some of the island's farmer's markets for fresh, local produce to include on the menu.

A spacious, clean studio
This is a spacious studio that sits in an excellent location in the Poipu Beach area. Although clean, the unit is very dated. Also, the kitchen area has an odd separate flooring with a slight dip around the edges (I am sure part of the original building construction decades ago). Folks with mobility issues may want to consider other choices. There is a small parking lot out front, and then another on the first level of a very close parking garage. I always got back late and didn't have a problem finding a spot, although only a few spaces left. Scott is a good host: friendly and responsive, providing some nice suggestions. This is a solid choice for those looking for a place in that area.

Perfect home for your poipu stay
Condo was small yet prefect for me and my husband. Had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Scott was great at communicating and left some great recommendations for us. The location is amazing. Beach right across the street was the best snorkeling on the island. This is a gem for the price and would absolutely book again. Mahalo for sharing your home!

Great studio
This is a perfect condo if you and your partner can work in a studio. It’s got plenty of space and lots of nice touches. Scott was great at communicating. Love the location, pool, gardens. Nice and quiet (aside from some ubiquitous roosters). It’s old school but well maintained. Wish we had another week.

Great Digs
This small apartment was I a great spot. Snorkeling across the street to swim with the turtles. Nice restaurant across the street. Nice kitchen and a nice supply of beach equipment. We had access to the north and to the west.

The condo was nice, very convenient. The kitchen and bath could use a refresh, and the west-facing blinds were kind of kludgy, though they’re actually just fine. I think drapes would be better at keeping the afternoon sun from heating the condo. The pool and gardens were gorgeous, and seemed lovingly tended. Our host was very responsive when we had questions.

This was a lovely condo and Scott was a wonderful and very responsive host. The landscaping at the condo is beautiful--orchids and koi fish and lovely plants everywhere. There is a pool right outside and the ocean is literally across the street. Easy parking, AC, internet. Great stuff nearby and convenient to Port Allen. We found the regular bed more comfortable than the pull-out sofa bed and it was big enough that two adults who were not a couple could easily sleep in it.
