Other Details to Note

A security deposit of 10,000 THB or 300 EUR/USD (cash only) is required upon check-in. This will be refunded upon check-out minus any additional charges.

Electricity is charged at 7.5 THB per kWh with water usage 500THB per stay.

Extra cleaning is available upon request (linen/towel changes are on request).

Laundry service is available through our partner shop, including pickup, washing, ironing, and delivery to the villa.

Any damages to furniture, appliances, or villa property will be charged at a fine rate.

Smoking is only allowed outdoors (terrace or garden area).

Please keep music at a respectful level and avoid disturbing neighbors.

Pool towels must be kept out of the pool water to avoid color damage.
