This two bedroom townhouse has recently undergone a full refurbishment to a very high standard and specification. It features a designer kitchen with all facilities, open-plan living/dining area with grey slate tiled floor and Italian sofa combination. Tastefully furnished and decorated with artwork and travel mementos. Upstairs are two custom designed bathrooms, one of which has dual rain showers and two terrazzo embedded hand-basins, with an open air section.

The property is conveniently located within a ten minute walk to the nearby district of Fisherman's Village and Bophut beach. Other beaches in the area include Bangrak and Maenam, with a great selection of local bars, restaurants and beach clubs. The main town of Chaweng is a ten minute drive from the property and has a modern shopping mall, a sandy beach with full resort amenities, and a thriving night life scene.
