Some improvements to be made.. A linen charge of 15 per person is outrageous when already paying tourist tax, per person per night and the cleaning fee, and booking fees and the full fee of rental.Tourist card was not dropped off by owner as she said she did, and friends had to pay for bus a few times (after argument with drivers)Definitely not appropriate for 16 adults and 3 children. Small pull out couches or sofas for 5 adults would be too small by far.Lower apartment kitchen not adequate or adequately equipped for 6 adults. Could not walk to upper apartment by steps as too icy and too.much snow so 2 minute walk outside to reach other larger house entrance.For 15 linen fee/each , no sheet only duvet and TERRIBLE low quality pillows. Very disappointing for that additional invented fee. Location and common area and quality very nice and as advertised. Had a visit from other people that said that they were renting propert on same days as us. As well as visit from police that demanded proof and copy of rental agreement and fees paid. Were told not to worry about our stay, but was stressful for some friends The apartments (lower and upper) communicated by stairs , but was blocked by temporary board/wall. Why?
