OCEANFRONT, 3rd fl. condo in the heart of Duck, NC is just minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants and public bike paths in this charming town. New flooring, appliances, fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedding compliment this vacation retreat! Amenities include a community pool, dune top deck, and community boardwalk to the beach. Comfortable and spacious living area for 5. Large 10X14 deck great for enjoying morning coffee relaxing. Tennis, pickle/basket ball and Playground for kids.

Welcome to our condo. My wife and I have been hosts on Airbnb for 7 years as we also host the unit below this one in unit 206. This unit is oceanfront and the building sits 100 feet from the beach. The views are amazing.

We are located 3/4 of a mile from some of the best restaurants, it's an easy 10-15 minute walk. The other end of duck is about 2 miles, so it makes for a great walk, there is also plenty of parking if you don't want to walk. Tons of shopping, a boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and fishing that you can walk to everyday. The town is easy to fall in love with. There are nice bike paths and walking paths through the town of Duck.

This condo has been completely updated in the last 2 years. It's 684 sq ft. It has an oceanfront deck view that is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. There will be times that you will see dolphins from your deck. The living room has a smart TV and is comfortable for 4 people. There is a queen size pullout couch. The kitchen is fully stocked and updated. The master has a kingsized bed and a full master bath.

You could not ask for a better location with spectacular views. Watch the dolphins from the kitchen, living room or enlarged deck. Great space for a quiet relaxing vacation.

You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels and any other linens you may need.... or order them through Atlantic rentals or Moneys Worth Beach Rentals. I understand this is unlike most other airbnb spaces but, this is the norm in the outer banks. Most people choose to bring their own linens.

All of the condo is yours to use, enjoy it. Please feel free to share your opinions and ideas of other things that we may need or could do to make it an even better experience. The day before your arrival I will send you the code for the door and the combination to the supply closet.

When it comes to linens, you have 2 choices, you can bring your own which most people do or you can rent linens locally from Atlantic Rentals or Moneysworth beach rentals. Both companies will deliver and pickup your linens. Atlantic beach rentals and moneys worth beach rentals are two companies that I recommend. There are pillows and comforters in the condo. You will need pillow cases, sheets, towels and any other type of linen you may need.

Starting with the 2nd week of June and running through August is the in season. This condo rents out from Friday to Friday during the in season... with few exceptions. Feel free message me with with any exceptions that you may need.

Owner is very responsive, check-in is easy. The unit is fine, view is great, HVAC and bed were both comfortable. Deck and views are great. 3rd Floor stairs-only access should be highlighted. Got very tired of going up and down those steps, and hauling everything. Pool was nice but not heated and was cold (1st week Sept). Flooring is listed as new, but had large crack right inside front door that you walk over all the time. Felt "spongy" and may be splinter hazard. Water pressure in showers was non-existent. WiFi was sketchy

Perfect stay!

Rick’s condo was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy our first trip to the northern Outer Banks. It is beautifully renovated and on the top floor of the building giving amazing ocean views! The Duck town beach accessible from the condo was wide and lovely. Keyless entry and the condo amenities were easy and as advertised. We had a minor issue with locating the beach equipment that Rick resolved in minutes. Would stay again!

All was as expected. Only small surprise: a couple of the electrical outlets had apparently been closed off in the bathroom, which may have been for safety reasons. Bed was comfortable, HVAC worked, and we had a good time!
