Room was clean; staff was friendly. Breakfast coffee, yogurt, juice and muffins were good. Cereal was kid stuff. Eggs were hideous, even for "instant eggs". When I was surprised at the amount to be charged for dog (I misread info - my fault) the manager comped the charge for the second night - a thoughtful (and smart) gesture, as their fee was more than that at some of the more upscale hotels. Amenities were basic, but room was clean and warm.

Was charged an additional $200 on the “accusation” that smoking occurred in the room. Front desk staff had no proof, the detectors in room used to detect smoke did not go off, I explained no smoking took place, yet they still charged the extra fee. Breakfast was great. Having eggs and sausage was a nice change to the average continental breakfast of just cereal and donuts. The lady running it stayed on top of everything and provided excellent customer service! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.
