I wasn't able to get to the hotel due to severe weather warnings. They agreed to change the date to next week. I think that is great customer service. One of the many reasons I highly recommend staying at Lord Nelson Motel in Kingston

The room was clean and the check-in was efficient. The motel was next to highway, so it was noisy in the early evening, bit got quieter in the niggt. Good if yoi want to het in or out quickly. early evening early

Drove to Kingston for work - should have been back within a day. However this "2.5" star motel was so clean, quite, perfect location, massive back yard, beautiful view and extremely well lit parking lot in the evening ; which for a general contractor and a master electrician (my wife) means a great deal for our tools and material. Toss all that in with it being dog friendly, beside a brand new circle k, gas station, a&w (though I don't really like a&w lol) with nobody around we decided to stay 3 nights instead of one. I have stayed in 4 star motels that were not as well kept nor the staff as friendly. Price was on point as well. Next time I am in Kingston I will be back.

Very clean, quiet area, cute hotel and close to the highway. Circle K and A&W just a minute walk away. We will be booking again in our future trips near Kingston!

Parking free right outside your room. Easy on and off the 401. Room clean, older unit but well kept. Could barely hear the bumps and muffled sounds from the adjoining room. Train goes by close to motel but no whistle after 11pm.
