There is a large patio with attached boat slips and also a neighborhood boat ramp. There is a huge yard with mature trees to spread out and relax. Enjoy your time in Kingsland at our marvelous house.

This is an excellent place in park-like setting next to the lake. The place was clean with lots of extras and a fully equipped kitchen. Debbie is an excellent host with excellent communication. We brought kayaks for the kids and were pleased at how convenient it was to get in and out of them and that is connected to a small protected area to paddle around without boat traffic. Large yard with space to run around. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and yard! It is exactly as advertised and more. The main area of the house is big and roomy with lots of very comfortable seating. It was the cleanest Vrbo that I have ever stayed in, and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and cookware needed to prepare your meals (if you want to). Behind the house is a boat slip, and dock that is perfect for the boating, and fishing enthusiasts. If you have mobility issues please note that there are stairs to the house. You can see them in photo number 17 of 19. The host is a wonderful communicator and texted us several times throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Deb is the best host of all the Vrbo rentals that I have ever used. I'll be back!

Wonderful lake house

This wonderful lake house was the BEST place i have stayed. The host was also the best host, hands down I have ever had. I WILL be coming back!
