Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away, Indoor pool and hot tub open year round and outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/26 - 10/15/26, Outside balcony with small ocean view. Free parking for 3 cars.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

This is a 2 story 1500sqft condo with 2 bed rooms (2 king beds) and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are down stairs & the upstairs is the living space with a full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are included. Outdoor grills available.

What’s provided:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds
- dishwashing pods
- 4 beach chairs and an umbrella

The Condo was very spacious und overall comfortable. We weren’t lacking anything. Regarding cleanliness more dusting of lamps, doors and baseboards would be good but the main surface areas seemed clean and appropriate.
