Great location with view of the ocean and quick walk to the beach! Hosts were very helpful and kind. Condo equipped with thoughtful welcome toiletries and treats. Appreciated the single cup coffee maker and ice packs for coolers.

The condo unit is so appealing to the eye and very comfortable, especially the couch and bed. We really took note of the gift basket goodies and the bathroom supplies including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, moisturizer, etc. It made the stay so easy. Also, we didn't have to rent chairs, cooler, boogie boards, umbrella because they were all there! We would definitely stay in this unit again!Melinda

This place is exactly as advertised. Great place, very comfortable, good location and communication with the hosts was excellent. Couldn’t be happier that we stayed here!

We had a wonderful stay in this unit at Kam Sands. It was extremely well stocked with quality items, very clean, comfortable bed and furniture and lots of beach items for use. Location is excellent. Host was very responsive to an issue we had with the lock which was quickly resolved. We have stayed in some good units in this complex but this one topped them all. I would recommend without hesitation and will definitely stay in this unit again!

Three weeks in paradise.

Great owners, clean rooms, lots of thougtfull incidentals, a great beach with super sunsets a block away. Highly recommend.

Everything about this place was perfect. The bed was super comfy with nice linens and beach towels. The condo had everything you could think of and more. Very nicely appointed with all the spices you need. The couch was very comfortable and clean and the overall place was nice and clean. Loved the big screen TVs to watch our football. The hosts deserve 5 stars for their attention to detail. Loved the welcome basket and toiletries that were available to us. They were very welcoming and concerned about our comfort at all times. We will definitely be back. Our best stay at the Sands so far.

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was comfortable, clean, and in a great location with a beautiful view. The place was equipped with everything we needed and the decor was attractive. Our hosts were more than helpful and kind. We would stay here again.

Fantastic Rental

We loved our stay here! The location near the beach and within the complex is perfect. The owners thought of everything in the unit and all the touches were so appreciated. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to my friends and family.

Best location, super comfortable stay

Jerry and Melinda’s condo was great. Kamole Sands is in the perfect location, the unit was super clean and has everything you need. Building 1 is the closest to Kamole iii beach and you have a view of the ocean from inside the suite. Well definitely be back.

Perfect place in Kihei

We have stayed at Kamaole Sands several times - and this condo is the best ever - perfect location with a well equipped kitchen. Bed and beddings luxurious and all the little details are great. Responsive hosts. Have already booked it for next year!

Perfect accommodations

Unit was great, fully equipped- even had spices!! The bedroom AC was having a bit of an issue, but Jerry was on top of it and very communicative! Wonderful stay!

Awesome condo with lots to do

Great condo, we really enjoyed the short walks to the beach especially with having kiddos. The turtle talks and hula dancing were cool perks of the property. Everything was very clean with lots of cooking supplies, very convenient.

Perfect location, responsive host

If you want to stay in Kihei, this unit is about as good as it gets. Comfortable, well-appointed, short walk to the beach. Had some minor issues but Jerry responded quickly and got everything in order.

Loved our stay!

I recently rented this condo, and it exceeded all my expectations! The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to the beach and local attractions. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The spacious layout and cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. Awesome location!!

This is our first time staying here and we loved it!! The location is right across from a beautiful beach. All the beach gear came in handy as my kid loved it. The grass in front allowed us to have an Easter celebration and throw some eggs out on the grass for our 7yr old. The pool was also nice temperature and the guests were all very nice. We will definitely come back to this place….. not to mention if you look out the slider the tree looks like a naked man which we laughed about the whole time. You won’t be disappointed here

Great Place

We were really impressed by the amenities of the property and unit. Lots of simple things left in the condo that show the consideration put into providing a great stay for guests. Would recommend to friends, family and stay here again. :)
