Excellent for families!

The house was beautiful, clean, well equipped, organized, and close to the beach! The property manager provided clear check in instructions which helped our group, and also had a beach gear delivery and a generous starter pack available which made our planning much easier. We had one hiccup during the stay, but the property manager was responsive and extremely helpful and worked promptly in getting it straightened out! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation! Perfect House!

The house was exactly as pictured. It was very clean with calming simple elegant decor. The property manager was very responsive to our questions. We throughly enjoyed the house/vacation and would recommend it to friends. We are thinking of renting it again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family gathering for Thanksgiving. The home was very clean and in good condition. Interestingly, the details we received were very clear that there were no spices (there were several) and a crockpot was “not required”. There was a crockpot. Likely the property management team does not check those items that frequently. We did have a group of 13 and there were only 8 spoons and within a day a new utensil set was delivered. They were good to answer questions promptly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was lovely overall. We had 10 adults vacationing together and it was spacious and lovely. The upstairs bathrooms were all updated and very nice. The downstairs bathrooms were dated. The kitchen was fine if you weren't doing major cooking however, we were there over Thanksgiving week and intended to do a lot of cooking. The kitchen could be better appointed. For example, there were only 3 wine glasses. But, if you wish to grill burgers and do "easy meals" it would be fine. Given how much we were paying, I would have expected more from the kitchen in terms of quality of pots and pans, baking dishes, coffee grinder, wine glasses, etc. The main living space was nice. Couches comfortable. The location is not close to the beach.

Review for 195 Governors Drive

Overall, the house itself is nice and was accurately represented on your listing. Our Poor rating stems from your firm's property management service. The day on which we arrived, we discovered at 11:30 pm when we went to bed that our bed linens had never been changed - there was human hair on the sheets, dirt stains, and black debris of some kind. One of the twin bed linens had blood stains on the bottom sheet. On a day that began at 4:00 AM, the last thing we wanted to do was wash sheets and make beds - which meant we did not get to bed until 1:30 AM. We called after hours support but were told that they could not offer replacement linens. Other things that were off-putting were two dead frogs in the basement refrigerator , cockroaches on the first floor, and one toilet that had urine in it when we arrived (so much for "deep cleaning" I have pictures of the sheets if you are interested - forgot to take picture of the dead frogs in a refrigerator, as that was a first. I will post this information in my VRBO review tomorrow.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the place was great however two issues we had: the pool was gross, full of leaves on the bottom and floating on the top, so we just went to the beach. The second issue was hot water. There was none, only luke warm that lasted maybe 3 minutes before becoming ice cold. This was in every shower/bathroom.

Perfect house for a big group

We had 14 people, and the house was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out together, or have their own space. The pool is lovely and really made our trip.

Great property that needs some work

This was a great home for our 10 person stay. Pool and number of rooms is a plus. Distance from beach and crappy TV in main room were big minuses.

Great location, beautiful area! Had a great time staying in a home that accommodated all 8 of us. Nice to have a pool as well. House is showing its age, especially in the bathrooms. Having said that, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was our first vacation in over a year and ESPM did a wonderful job making sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely be returning and will only rent through ESPM.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would our overall experience with this rental house a 4. The pool was a tremendous hit for everyone of all ages. The kitchen was large and well supplied for cooking. Each couple took a night to cook, so we used all of the different cooking equipment, as well as the grill several times. The location to the boardwalk we used for the beach was a nice distance for a bike ride; plenty of parking spaces as well for anyone wanting to drive their car to the beach. The house was very clean when we arrived. The amount of seating areas for eating and watching TV for 13 people was great. The 2 main improvements I would suggest: add curtains to all of the bedroom windows and oil all of the doors. They were extremely squeaky which made trying to stay quiet in the mornings impossible. With no curtains in most of the bedrooms, it allowed the sun in for those trying to sleep past 7:00 and you could see in the twin bed bedroom from the pool area. The description of the house on the website was extremely accurate. We ate twice at the Player's Pub for dinner. We all enjoyed each meal that we ordered. We also ordered beach chairs and umbrellas from their website and that was a huge luxury to not to have to carry chairs to the beach each day. Overall, I would highly recommend renting this house to a family member or a friend. Our group was discussing renting this house again for next summer.

7 long time friends stayed in this home for 5 days and we had a blast. Plenty of room and fun games in the cupboard. Didn’t want to leave.
