Suncatcher on the ocean is new to the rental pool at 1800 Atlantic. A fabulous property with many upgrades throughout. Totally renovated from top to bottom with high end finishes and no attention to detail spared. We are excited to offer it for rent for the first time.

Both of the bedrooms and the living room access the spacious balcony. There is dedicated work space for those that need to work while away from home. There is also a full size washer dryer for your convenience. The property has an assigned covered parking space for 1 vehicle in the garage for a vehicle under 6ft 4 inches.
1800 Atlantic has an olympic size heated pool, a 20 person jacuzzi down by the pool, A fitness Center and Library.
There is a small sunning beach and we are right next to Smathers Beach which is the large city beach in Town.
There are 3 lighted tennis courts, one of which is clay.
