Just 3 blocks to famous Duval St, 1 block from the waterfront, steps to delicious dining locations and Key West “must see” attractions.

Originally built in 1860's it has been added onto and now has an open & light filled great room with French doors opening on to an a great entertainment deck built around a 12 x 24 pool.

With plenty of room on the back deck area and outdoor covered media den, it is a low maintenance yard & the perfect island getaway.

The choice is yours, a first floor bedroom or the entire 2nd floor is your master suite and bath.

Enjoy a delightful front porch to sit back in your chair, a key stone coral private patio tucked behind the guest house & accent coral pavers meandering through out the fully fenced yard.

This home is perfect for multi families or adults with older children with is unique floor plan and bedroom locations.

Master Bedroom: King size bed, en-suite master bathroom with shower. (Also services as lower floor powder room)

Upstairs Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds that can also be converted to one king bed and has an en-suite bathroom with shower and 32” tv.

Spacious Detached Guest Cottage: Queen over Queen bunk beds with toilet, outdoor shower, kitchenette and tv.

Excellent 3-Bedroom/3-bathroom Home & Location

A modernized historical home with EVERYTHING (internet, dishes, pots & pans, silverware, cleaning supplies, towels, linens, paper products, etc.) provided for our 1-month stay, made it so easy! All 1st rate appliances, a great swimming pool (inc. pool & landscape services) plus an enclosed, amazing Tarzan & Jane-type outdoor shower (supplied better than a hotel) attached to the Pool House, and the BEST location on the entire island (we KNOW, as I was a Concierge at The Pier House for 2 years!), so giving the entire experience a 10+.

Wonderful House & Location!

Great stay! From checkin to checkout everything was smooth and easy. The house was adorable. Clean, Comfortable and Convenient! It was just a short stroll to everything, yet far enough for some quiet when we were done. We rented a scooter, which was perfect. No need for a car. Overall a wonderful stay. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

This property has a fantastic location. Amazing walkability to restaurants, waterside, bars and shopping. The Property Manager was extremely responsive and attentive. Check in was a breeze and great hospitality.
