Front staff and concierge was great! Very helpful. Service to room was prompt for additional towels. Ask for a balcony room that overlooks the pool. Rooms can be slightly noisy with traffic on Roosevelt Blvd. Pool:courtyard was fantastic!

I had requested upon my booking, the same room that I had stayed in during my last visit in January. Upon my arrival, the room was booked. They put me in another room. By the time night came, I dealt with screaming kids and a dog barking. By early morning, 6am, I was woken up by a dumpster banging 3 consecutive times and then going quiet, with a beeping noise back up the truck up, only to bang it again! Then at 6:50am, I was woken again, by a woman outside my door a few feet down from my room listening to her phone with no ear pods in her ears. I opened the door and asked her to go watch her phone somewhere else or put ear pods in. By 9:40, I requested my room be changed. The staff complied to my request. The next room smelled of weed so bad that I tried sticking it out by buying air freshener, it didn’t help. Before I went to dinner, I requested a second time that something be done about it! They put a commercial air restorer in my room and it helped. Saturday morning I woke up to a bed bug on my pillow with fresh blood on the pillow!!😳😳😳. I called the front desk and they sent the manager to my room to look at the bug I captured and kept in a cup. Once again, I was moved yet to ANOTHER room because the previous room had to be fumigated and mattresses thrown away. I expressed my disappointment for being inconvenienced during my vacation & asked for a refund of fees. They advised that they couldn’t refund anything that was booked through Expedia. Very frustrating & unhappy

There were insects in the bathroom such as ants. The house cleaning also did not leave soap to wash our hands. On the second day of our stay we also found blood on the sheets. The last thing is that the house cleaning only cleaned our room once on a 5 day trip.

The staff, especially the housekeepers are not courteous. They were rude and and have no manners. The room is in good condition. I love that the hotel is in a great position, not too far away from my activities. The TV is very outdated and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working.

Front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The bar area had a limited selection of beer and would have been nice to stay open a bit longer on a football playoff game night. shuttle service to old town was very convenient as was the beach shuttle service. The parking area around the hotel could use a little sprucing up which would be our only negative comment.

A safe in the room would be nice. Clean room, friendly staff, convenient to nearby places. I would definitely stay there again because of the convenience and location with restaurants and shopping nearby.
