Have coffee in the morning out on the screened in balconies, during the day go relax by one of the two pools or play tennis, bocci ball or pickle ball . In the evening walk down to the end of the dock and watch the sun go down. Many restaurants close by and shopping just down the road. This quiet community is a great place to relax and unwind. Clubhouse and workout room. This Townhouse has 2 carports, 3 bdrms on main floor along with 2 full bath, kitchen and living room . The first floor has a large living room wetbar area and 1 full bath and sofa bed for additional guests. Washer and dryer in unit.
