We were thrilled to bring our fur-baby along-the location beside the canal was fantastic. I enjoyed laying in the lounge chairs canal-side while my kiddos fished from the dock. The home was clean and as described. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked many meals there. Alex was a friendly host and responded promptly to all inquiries. We would love to return!

It was great! Very clean, very comfortable had everything we needed and more! Our grandson fished off the dock everyday, we went to the Cabana everyday, it was ideal. Both grandkids had such a great time!

We really enjoyed our first trip to the Florida Keys and our stay in this home. Alex was a very responsive host, both before and during our visit, and the amenities in the home were just as described. We loved the back patio right on the lagoon and the sliding glass doors from the house that opened out to it. The wifi was excellent and we enjoyed fast, uninterrupted streaming of the Winter Olympics in the evenings. The Key Colony Beach community was a wonderfully quiet neighborhood with good pedestrian lanes for walking. We enjoyed the KCB Tuesday Farmer's Market and the sunset community gathering at Sunset Park. The location put us right in the middle of the Keys with Key Largo to the NE and Key West to the SW each about a 1.5 hour drive away. We miss the beautiful blue skies and warm sunny weather!

What a wonderful week! The place was spotless. The host was very attentive with every contact I made with him.The outside of the property is very well maintained and there was someone there to tend to it twice while we were there.The living space was very comfortable. The only thing that I would keep an eye on is how tall you are. My husband and I are short. But, at 5’7”, he could touch the ceiling in the kitchen. But, it worked wonderfully for us! We would love to book here again someday!

The house was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. The listed essentials were a nice extra, as well as the electronic door locks and the room off the patio that included a freezer for bait and room to store our fishing gear. We enjoyed the provided kayaks and the ease of getting them in the water. Alex was quick to respond to any questions we had.
