Highly disappointed in the restaurant. Food, drinks, and service were terrible. Not worth the price of the buffet. Bar drinks were terrible. Front desk staff are slow, do not have proper training, and it’s not getting any better (this is the second time I’ve stayed in the last six weeks). I requests a 1st floor room. The girl with the lip piercing said there were none so she gave me a 2nd floor room. I then asked if there would be any first floor rooms available and she said yes they just weren’t ready (really need to get more housekeeping staff as this has been a constant issue my last three or four stays. The girl with the lip piercing said she would call me when they had a first floor room available. Almost three hours later I called the hotel to see if my room was ready. Same girl answered the phone and acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and took my phone number again and then said yes my room would be ready when I got there. 15 minutes later I had to explain everything again the older man at the front desk (lip piercing girl was standing right beside him). The room was fine.

The rooms are HUGE! very nice, a little dated....but not bad for a family stay. Restaurant was amazing for dinner! We did not eat breakfast but i am sure it would have been just as good.

I felt like I would fall off the bed because the mattress wasn’t straight on the box spring and base. Cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod from a previous guest. Ratty towels need replacing. Brighter lighting needed. No rails on stairs and ramp outside. The tiles on the ramp outside were wet and my husband slid down the ramp. He’s 75 and could have been injured. We returned the night of the event we were in town for and we were locked out of our room. My husband had to walk up to the office to get a new key card. There wasn’t a “do not disturb” tag for the door. We typically don’t want anyone in our room when we are not present. There was no advance notification that breakfast would not be available the second day of our stay.
