A HOtels.com oldalán megreklamáltam. Nem méltattak válaszra. A Hotel nem létezett amit lefoglaltam. Amikor fáradtan megérkeztem felkínáltak egy általuk legszebb szobát. Közel sem felelt meg a leírtaknak. Elégedetlen vagyok és elégedetlen a Hotels.com-al is. Miért hirdetik, ellenőrzés nélkül a szállodákat?
