Our stay at the Renaissance Hanioti resort was wonderful. The room was spacious and cozy. The AC took some time to kick in but worked great. The WiFi connection in the room is weak, but there is free WiFi throughout the hotel and most beaches as well. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, as was the pool. The staff is friendly and eager to assist for anything. We were even able to get an airport transfer at checkout as part of the room rate at no extra cost. The location cannot be beat; it is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 4 minute walk to the center of town where all the restaurants are. My only complaint with the hotel is that lots of guests arrive at the pool early and leave a towel or shoe on the chairs around the pool and disappear. There were times where we arrived at the pool and no one was around but every single chair had someones belongings on it. That is not considerate a all.

Big rooms but quite basic. Excellent pool area if you can get a sun bed. Beach nearby but not very good and super crowded. Wi-Fi sucks at the hotel. Overall for Greek standards I give it an 8/10

Very clean, but air conditioner was not working

The hotel was super clean. The stuff was very strict compliance with anti- epidemic masures. The rooms and the bathrooms were very spaicy which made our stay with 3 years old very comfortable. However, the door was very easy to open from the inside; so, it was a bit stresful for us that our 3 years dauther was able to open it by herself and eventualy go outside on her own. Also, the air conditioner was not working well and our room was too hot.

Detta Àr ett turist hotel och inget annat. Glöm grekisk charm och gemytlighet! Poolen/omrÄdet Àr dock fantastisk med reservation för att övriga gÀster lÀgger ut handdukar pÄ solstolarna tidigt pÄ morgon. Frukosten var bedrövlig, framför allt kaffet som snarare var kaffesurugat, lika sÄ juice som smakade utspÀd med vatten. Rummen var vÀldigt spartanskt inredda, lÄngt ifrÄn bilderna som framstÀlls i beskrivningarna. SÀngarna mÄste fÄ pÄtalas - de var horribelt hÄrd. Vi snackar som att ligga pÄ golvet hÄrda, lika sÄ kuddarna. Jag gillar normalt hÄrda sÀngar, men det hÀr var det orimligt. BÀddsofforna som erbjuds Àr inga bÀddsoffor, det Àr stenhÄrda soffor som det bÀddas lakan direkt pÄ (strukturen pÄ soffan kÀnns igenom lakanet).

Difficult to park around the hotel with MANY possibilities to get damage. Expected more luxury but it was acceptable. Swimming pool, great! Breakfast poor, do not include proper coffee. Next to the center, easy to walk around.
