We were in town for a funeral and the property worked great for our large group. We had 6 units and it gave of us the ability to be close but have our own space. The setup of the apartment is great and compound is beautiful with great amenities. The apartment was a little dusty.

Nice Apartment but needs a bit of work
Booked this apartment for a small, relaxing getaway with my other half. We specifically wanted something quiet, a king bed, and close proximity to Wilmington’s beaches. We only got the latter. The King bed was incredibly creaky (not thinking too hard about that) and so loud that we DID NOT SLEEP ON IT. What was worse was that we found 2 huge spiders in that bedroom! Thankfully, my other half took care of those. But he found a third behind the TV along with a bunch of webs which indicates a lack of thorough cleaning. The upstairs neighbors are either elephants or the walls are super thin. The person upstairs clearly awakened before 6 AM and began their unintentional stomping until they left some hours later. Not a great place to sleep in and relax. However, the location and apartment itself (spiders notwithstanding) is beautiful and very spacious. I’m glad we chose one with two bedrooms so we had another option instead of enduring the spidery creaky bed. Bathrooms are clean and beautiful, thoughtful amenities and good coffee in the kitchen. We won’t be staying again. Notified the ‘front desk’ app about the spiders and they did give us a 20% refund so that’s something!

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, in close proximity of shopping, downtown night life, and restaurants! All information about the hotel was accurate in detail. It definitely was an environment of home away from home during my tenure there. I will choose Kasa above any over priced hotel in the area.

Central Wilmington condo
The condo was beautiful! We needed two bedrooms and two bathrooms and this was perfect. Check in and check out was seamless. Only challenge was dishwasher was broken and of course we learned this after filling it with dirty dishes. Please be aware this unit is right next to a very busy road and you will hear road noise. Having said that, we would happily stay here again.
