The property is located in Uncertain and sits on our 105 acres ranch which borders the Caddo Lake National Wildlife Refuge and is serene and tranquil and yet is centrally located only 5 minutes from the Caddo State Park; downtown Uncertain and several boat ramps for launching your fishing or ski boat; kayak or canoe. Spacious yard allows space to park vehicles and boat(s) and we also have campfire area and covered grilling area. Take a nature walk on the 105 acres located on either side of the house and behind and we have several trails you can explore and see wildlife and nature in a natural setting. And if you want some great sunrise and sunset photos, the ranch land offers some beautiful early morning and late evening scenic shots and the back part of our property borders Caddo Lake but itis a hike and adventure to get to water's edge.
