Situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz, this ground-floor holiday accommodation impresses with a fantastic view of the water and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.



Wellness lovers will get their money's worth. Infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a relaxing whirlpool bathtub invite you to unwind after a walk on the beach.



The modern furnishings have a seaside charm. Stylishly furnished and equipped to a high standard, full holiday comfort is guaranteed in this holiday home. Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment during a sociable barbecue evening or a romantic candlelight dinner. Sheltered from the wind and cosy in a beach chair with a view of the sea.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Breakfast right by the water for that pure holiday feeling.



Indoor entertainment is provided by WLAN and satellite TV, as well as a Blue Ray player and radio with Bluetooth.



The two bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds. Deep sleep is guaranteed here, as high-quality blackout curtains ensure a good night's sleep. Both bedrooms have access to the second terrace and each has an additional TV.



Underfloor heating, a whirlpool bath and sauna promise comfort at any time of year. A shower provides additional comfort.



A private car parking space, a communal electric car charging station and a private bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.



The holiday property is an apartment on the ground floor.

Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
