Amazing home in Olpenitz with sauna

The SOMMERHUS is a unique, detached summer house on the Captain's Peninsula, designed for four people. Surrounded by a large lawn, it also offers plenty of outdoor space for playing, romping around or simply doing nothing. A prime location with harbour views and close proximity to the beach speak for themselves.



Both the beautifully landscaped mini-golf course and the Weidefeld sandy beach are within walking distance and offer variety for the whole family. The Weidefeld beach is equipped with beach chairs, a kiosk and a restaurant and is a perfect place for swimming, (kite) surfing and SUP, and not just in summer. Here you can enjoy a walk on the beach, even when the wind is whistling and the waves are roaring.

The marina of Ostseeresort Olpenitz, a modern water sports centre, and the popular harbour promenade with its charming little shops and an excellently stocked EDEKA supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. Fresh fish at the harbour, boat hire for Baltic Sea and tugboat excursions, direct access to the Baltic Sea as a perfect sailing and water sports area, inline skating and cycling tours around the harbour or to picturesque Kappeln promise a varied holiday.



The SOMMERHUS impresses with its spacious open-plan concept and high-quality furnishings. Furnished in a consistently tasteful Scandinavian style, it radiates cosiness and lightness. Arriving here and immediately feeling at home is one and the same!

The combined open-plan living/dining area with integrated fitted kitchen is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. In the living area, the large, comfortable L-shaped sofa invites you to watch TV and relax in front of the stove. The view through the windows towards the harbour with its incoming and outgoing ships is atmospheric.

From the high-quality, fully equipped, bright kitchen you have access to the south-west facing wooden terrace. Here, a barbecue, modern garden furniture and a parasol invite you to spend carefree hours outdoors. Sea buckthorn hedges protect you from the wind and prying eyes.

The two bedrooms also radiate cosiness and warmth. Fitted with built-in wardrobes that offer plenty of storage space, guests can choose between a double box-spring bed or two single box-spring beds. You can sleep and dream in both.

The designer bathroom is your very own private wellness area. A spacious walk-in shower and an infrared sauna are waiting to pamper your guests. What could be better after a sunny day at the beach or a stormy walk?



Of course, with so many amenities, the SOMMERHUS also offers two car parking spaces and a lockable bicycle shed right next to the house.
