So sorry that you was very disappointed with our property. We barely survived through the very difficult 2020 and now with Gods grace we can see a change in business. If I remember correctly you was helping your grandson move from Virginia to CA. Upon check in he claimed he has 1 dog then your grandson snuck an extra dog through the stairways thinking he will not be seen But we have a 65" tv right here in the office and clearly seen 2 dogs with him. So he was charged an additional $20 and not $250 fine for sneaking in a pet for the 2nd dog. I'm hoping that's not the reason why you was very disappointed. WE are totally aware of upgrades . So come next year we have a few major projects for the property . WE appreciate your observation.
