This property should not be advertised as a Best Western. The building must be 100 old. Bathroom had rust around the toilet and there was a chunk of drywall missing. Go see the carpet yourself. It’s scary. My grandkids 5 & 3 wanted to swim. We get to the pool and paint is peeling/had peeled on the floor of the pool. There’s nothing the staff can do about the stuff I don’t think. It has to come from management, so you should know. Will not be at all complimentary.

So sorry that you was very disappointed with our property. We barely survived through the very difficult 2020 and now with Gods grace we can see a change in business. If I remember correctly you was helping your grandson move from Virginia to CA. Upon check in he claimed he has 1 dog then your grandson snuck an extra dog through the stairways thinking he will not be seen But we have a 65" tv right here in the office and clearly seen 2 dogs with him. So he was charged an additional $20 and not $250 fine for sneaking in a pet for the 2nd dog. I'm hoping that's not the reason why you was very disappointed. WE are totally aware of upgrades . So come next year we have a few major projects for the property . WE appreciate your observation.

Check in was quick and easy, very friendly service. The room was clean, bathroom was clean. The air conditioner unit did smell a little musty when the fan kicked on, maybe just needs a new filter? It wasn't bad enough to complain about. Did not use the breakfast option (we weren't up and around for it!) It smelled very good though! The pool is alright, the hot tub jets weren't working but again, not anything to complain about just soaked and enjoyed the warmth! It is right off the interstate so if traffic noise is a big problem for you be aware. I am a pretty light sleeper and just put some white noise on my phone and slept well. I would recommend this hotel and stay here again if I was in the area.

The pool was to small also our room was infested with ants we put our pizza on the table and when opened to eat it our pizza was moving it had so many ants.

Pool and hot tub were relaxing and the beds are soft. The pillows are nice too. The jets in the jacuzzi tub in our room didn't work and one of the light bulbs was out in an already poorly lit room.

Was put on the 3rd floor because I had a dog. Very inconvient. You could tell it was THE dog room. The base board had been chewed up by the bathroom

Hotel was ok , the guy at the front was rude. Don’t like being talked down to. Rented this for me and my grandkids for a staycation and when I checked in he was rude. Accusatory of my intentions of renting a room. I had Valentines bags with me for my grandkids so he assuming I was going to have a party. I reassured him no but then he kept asking me and telling me how this and that was not allowed.
