Don’t be confused, the property has the word Plaza in it, but it is not in Country Club Plaza. You will need to have $250.00 put on your charge account as a damage deposit and then must wait for your bank to clear the amount when they want. Everyone must do this. I’d never heard of such a thing! Then upon checking out, we discovered our car had been broken into and our personal information was stolen from our glove box. Security didn’t see anything on their tape. Our personal info was stolen and the hotel wasn’t concerned at all!

Wifi did not reach the room. Breakfast was a neglectful mess. Zero cleanliness and virtually no options. Very run down property. Unpleasant at every level. Dirty, pot smelly and guests running around shoeless.

We did not stay. People are walking around the place with nothing on their feet, wearing provocative clothing, the place is over dirty, smelly, tv not working. I feel scared staying at that hotel, not a good vibe. My gut say leave immediately. I am recommending for police investigation to confirm any illegal activities (ie prostitution, drugs, child trafficking) I have no proof on this accusation but I followed my gut feeling.

I do try to eliminate prostitution and any illegal activities at this hotel but it's not always easy to verify or have evidence to always to evict people and so forth. I am sorry for your feelings of our hotel and we do not have any child trafficking. I can not control what people wear unfortunately but we are taking measures daily with new management to better the hotel and any issues which at times is a slow process. Again, I am sorry that you felt this vibe upon arrival at our hotel.

No towels in room. Wasn't able to get all of the towels due to some still drying. Only able to get a couple channels on the t.v. & that was if the signal was good. Lost the channel many times! Wasn't able to call down to front desk about several things due to the phone not working. No dial tone, tried punching several buttons & yet still no dial tone. Did check and the phone was plugged in. Details listed online mentioned free wifi, iron board & iron, microwave, refrig, coffee maker, etc. Not one thing mentioned at check in about wifi password. Iron board was present but not the iron. No literature in room . Reused shampoo bottle in bathroom!!

So sorry for your experience and lacking of towels which we had on order due to them vanishing so much and I was not aware of any tv malfunctions and wifi doesn't have a password and I will be addressing the issues you have expressed here.Again, I am sorry for your poor experience with us.

I was told that I could do early check in when I called to ask about the property all I had to do was put it in the comments. When I got there to check in at about 130 a 1:45 I was told I couldn't do it early check-in that is not guaranteed. Then I was told by the guy at the desk they checked me in they gave me the key that I could go and see if the room was clean I tried to talk to the lady that was cleaning the rooms and she didn't speak English. The pictures that they show online or nothing like the rooms. It says no smoking but you can smell smoke all in the hallways of the hotel not a good hotel at all

Sorry for your poor experience with us. I am addressing the staff on how they should had made sure that saw note of early check in ND advised housekeeping to get it done by then and to honor the early check in..I am so sorry.

Smoking smell throughout hotel. No towels in room - couldn't reach front desk by phone. Went down and got wet (used?) towels. Had to check out after one night - intolerable. Thankfully, hotel manager did refund remaining days of stay

So sorry for your poor experience with us. We just got a new shipment of towels in and we are working on finding the guest smoking and rid of them as well as freshen air in these situations..Every day we hope to improve or upgrade somehow so thank you for your feedback.

Pool was closed because the health inspector had an approved it’s opening . The hallway in our room smelled like dirty feet the room itself smelled worse. The room was tiny overlooking a construction equipment lot. The mattress was old and gross there were no pillowcases on the pillows . I checked the bathroom it was filthy there was hair everywhere it was not clean we left .

The pool was under construction, but they did not offer that information and the staff member the morning we left was not very pleasant. We called to ask for a comb and her response was short and rude that they did not have any. The room itself was nice, but the coffee maker was broken.
