Dirty Beds - Disgusting and Inconvenient
I booked a rental through VRBO expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but what I received was far from it. Upon arrival, we discovered hair on the bed sheets in every single bed. It was absolutely appalling.We immediately contacted the management company, who, despite their supposed motto of "if I was the customer," demonstrated a complete lack of concern. They initially told us they couldn't send anyone to change the sheets until 9:30 AM the following day, implying we should sleep on the dirty sheets. This was completely unacceptable. We were exhausted when we were getting ready for bed, and were faced with sleeping in filthy beds.After pushing back, they finally agreed to send new sheets via Instacart. However, this "solution" was far from ideal. We were forced to wait two hours for the delivery and then make up all the beds ourselves. This is not what I expect from a rental property, especially after paying a cleaning fee.The management company claimed their head housekeeper changed the sheets personally. This is blatantly false, as we have photographic evidence of the hair on every bed. It's insulting that they would try to pass off such a blatant lie.To add insult to injury, they only offered a partial refund of the cleaning fee. This is a pathetic attempt to rectify a situation that was entirely their fault. I shared this review with management to explain why I expected a full refund of the cleaning fee, and they accused me of extortion and told me there would now
