We got the grand pool villa and it was the best decision! This resort is absolutely breathtaking. We were speechless upon arrival. The staff was so amazing and accommodating, it made our stay so much more enjoyable and seamless. The room was so clean and the free snacks and drinks in mini fridge was awesome. We felt so taken care of and we would definitely recommend coming here! We also got engaged here our first night and they somehow found out and made it so memorable by decorating our room!

The staff was very kind and had great service and amenities. The rooms were extremely clean and beautifully kept. They provided quick room services and fantastic house keeping. The food in the resort was pretty good for the most part. The only downside was how the resort was structured. It was a hike to get to and from the lobby to call rides. It was also a struggle to adjust the temperature in the rooms so we were pretty much freezing most of the time.

Courteous and friendly service with bilingual staff, we enjoyed the quietness of the resort and the variety at breakfast. Resort seemed almost fully booked but did not feel like it which was great! This was a very nice resort. The staff was very accommodating. The room was clean, attended to with details for our comfort. All requests met within a timely manner. Shout out to our drivers Park and Kit who always made sure we were safe and sound and our drop off and pickups were well timed. This was a great experience.
