Not a high class hotel, but that's not what I paid for. The room was clean. The staff friendly. There were no problems. Exactly what we wanted. We visit the area every year. We will return to this hotel next year.

It was relatively inexpensive in terms of other surround properties which was good, but it did lack some basic amenities. It didn't even have a land line or alarm clock and they were unable to provide one when I asked for it.

I love this property.. everyone here is so hard working, professional and super sweet and personable. It’s quite safe and convenient… But the staff and management here are excellent… thank you for all you do and all your hard work SHOWS!

Disappointed to say the least
Check in was great! The staff seemed nice and got everything done right away. That's all that I can say that was good about this place. The room was dated and had the same stale smell the rest of the building has through the halls. It was dark and gloomy and we had a hole in our ceiling. The heater did not work most of the time and even when it would turn on, it would not heat to the set temperature and then would turn back off. I don't think it ever got above 65 degrees, even when set up to 80. The bath faucet dripped and the tub was full of random hair and scum stains. The bath towels looked old and dirty so we did not even try to shower there since we were just driving home a couple hours away the next morning. The breakfast looked old and stale. The eggs were frozen and thawed rubber textured eggs that are not even edible. We ended up going out to eat for breakfast before heading home. My daughter was super disappointed when we went to use the pool, our main reason for staying in a hotel for the night, and it felt like it was outside. The air temp and the water temp of the pool was frigid. We did not even bother getting in, just went back to our room and got ready for bed... The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were even worse. The sheets were old and stained and had hair in them as well. I even found long black curly hairs in the towels. I wasted $85 and as of now, it doesn't look like they released the $50 hold they placed on my card. STAY AWAY!

Hot tub water was greenish yellow, spider webs in corners, wrinkled sheets (who knows if they were clean) paint chipping badly above and around shower.
