Déçus et trompés

Voici les commentaires faits Ă  la rĂ©ception de l’hĂŽtel : nous avons rĂ©servĂ© un sĂ©jour dans un spa 4 Ă©toiles, chambre avec terrasse, nous avons Ă©tĂ© envoyĂ©s dans la partie « rĂ©sidence » type appart hĂŽtel, absolument pas 4 Ă©toiles, sans terrasse. La propretĂ© laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer. Les enfants ne sont pas les bienvenus. La piscine intĂ©rieure leur est accessible de 8h Ă  10h, aux horaires du petit-dĂ©jeuner. Soit ils mangent, soit ils profitent de l’eau. Évidemment les buses de massages sont coupĂ©es Ă  ces horaires pour que les parents ne puissent pas profiter non plus. Idem le soir, piscine accessible de 19h Ă  20h. Manger ou nager, il faut choisir. La piscine extĂ©rieure est d’un minimum d’1m50. Si vos enfants ne savent pas nager, oubliez de profiter d’un cafĂ© au bord de l’eau. Le spa est par ailleurs interdit aux enfants, donc pas fait pour les parents cĂ©libataires ou les parents qui s’entendent, il faudra s’alterner et oublier les vacances couple + enfants. L’hĂŽtel est Ă©loignĂ© de tout, nous Ă©tions censĂ©s profiter d’un spa, nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s Ă  devoir faire 60 min de voiture aller-retour par jour pour se rendre Ă  la mer et profiter. C’est la 1ere fois que nous laissons un commentaire nĂ©gatif sur un hĂŽtel spa. Le personnel n’y est pour rien, ils Ă©taient courtois et sont conscients de la stupiditĂ© des rĂšgles qui leur sont imposĂ©es.
