A good hotel situated between the corniche area and Al Balada historic area. Palestine Street is a few blocks away and has some fast food/ dining / coffee options plus a large grocery store. You can walk down to the water to view the big fountain. The hotel had a friendly and efficient staff particularly in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quiet. This hotel has the best hotel gym I’ve seen!

Some of the staff are excellent and especially at the reception and concierge. Property has some good elements but overall lacks attention to details. Rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable. Housekeeping is extremely noisy, yelling at each other and banging doors as if there are no guests in the hotel. Add the construction noise from across the street that keeps going until 5am, you will have many sleepless nights. The hotel has good potential but you feel that it is not well managed.
