The ground floor offers two bathrooms with shower and two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with access to the charming garden. On this floor, there is a second fully equipped American kitchen, a living room with TV and a dining table. From this space, you can access the rear terrace with an outdoor dining table and a grill that connects to the garden, equipped with sun loungers and stairs leading to the pool.
