"The Buck Stop" is nestled in the gated mountain community of Big Canoe in the North Georgia Mountains. Come and enjoy our newly installed HOT TUB and PUTTING green! We've also recently installed a Shuffle Board table and Foosball table! There's something to make everyone happy at our space. Our home is convenient to the communities amenities including being just a 5 min drive to the Lake Disharoon swim club, a 1 minuet drive from the Jeep Trail entrance, and close to swimming, golfing, fishing, hiking, and the fitness center. Our 4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom home provides enough space for your entire party to spread out and feel comfortable. Whether you're enjoying a meal together at the dining room table, watching the football game in the living room on the flat screen TV, utilizing the gaming systems in our loft area, playing pool and enjoying the wet bar, or relaxing out on the screened in back porch, we know there's something for everyone to enjoy.

On the main floor of the home you'll find a comfortable living room with a Smart TV, operating fire place, the primary bedroom, a full bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen that's equipped and ready for preparing even your most important important holiday meals. Our fireplaces are fully operational and ready for your stay. Our fireplaces are hooked up to a gas line and can be started with the push of a button. Set the automatic timer to your desired time and the fire will shut off on its own. Enjoy our outdoor living spaces just off of the dining room which offering both a screened in section and an open deck space. Gas grill on the back deck that is hooked up to a gas line, so no need to worry about propane. Back inside you'll find a living room that boasts leather couches, pull out single memory foam bed/chair and a 43" flat screen TV with a sound bar, sub woofer, and DVR where you can enjoy the football game and put your feet up. Down the hall you'll find a spacious Primary Bedroom with a king size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. Washer and Dryer available for your use located in kitchen closet.

Walk up the stairs to the second level and you'll be welcomed by our gaming loft. Stocked with power reclining gaming chairs and a comfortable full size memory foam futon that sleeps either two children or 1 adult. Bring your own games or choose from our collection (subject to change) and play the days away on our Xbox gaming system. There are 2 upstairs that share a full bathroom. Bedroom one houses 1 queen sized bed and 1 twin XL & bedroom 2 has 2 queen beds.

On the terrace level of the home you'll find another entertaining space equipped with a high top wet bar, card table, a 43" flat screen Smart TV, and professionally leveled slate pool table. The bedroom located on the terrace level includes a built in desk area for those who need a dedicated work space, 2 queen sized beds, and a 32" flat screen Smart TV. The 3rd bathroom is just around the corner from the bedroom and is convenient to anyone enjoying the entertaining space. The fire place on the terrace level is also hooked up to a gas line. Start the fire with the push of a button. Set the automatic timer to your desired time and the fire will shut off on its own.

We are animal lovers and travel with our dogs as often as possible. It is important to us to provide a clean and comfortable space where people can get away and bring ALL family members, pets included. Please inquire with host if you are planning to bring your pet (pet fee required).

The Big Canoe resort area is set in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. The community offers 27 hole mountain link style golf course, tennis, boat rentals, swimming, canoeing, paddle boats, rock slide, hiking, and a fitness center.

We have 2 security cameras on the outside of our home for everyone's safety. By booking with us, all parties acknowledge and agree to the use of these cameras.

Big Canoe POA is not friendly towards RVs, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, or Trailers. Because of this, we cannot allow for guests to bring these items into the community and to the home.
