This new stunning villa is located on the coast of the Novigrad sea and only 50m from the nearest pebble beach. The property is located in Maslenica, only about 30 minutes from Zadar. Nearby are also Starigrad Paklenica and Novigrad na Moru.

On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, a bathroom and a covered terrace leading to the pool. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 1 with two single beds), one with bathroom en suite, an extra bathroom and a covered terrace.

On the top floor you will find a terrace for sunbathing and relaxing with beautiful sea views. There is a new jacuzzi on the roof terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the Novigrad Sea. 285 m2 garden with sun loungers, 5 pool towels provided,Underfloor heating in all bathrooms, Underfloor heating in kitchen/dining area/living area 4 air conditioners, ice maker blender, Iron with ironing board, A/C unit and SAT TV in each bedroom.

Outside area offers a modern, luxurious swimming pool. Guests can use a free parking space and an outdoor fireplace. Magnificent sea views from all parts of the villa is something that will take your breath away.
