Fiz a reserva para minha mãe neste hotel e, infelizmente, a experiência foi bastante decepcionante. A diária cobrada foi extremamente alta em comparação com o que foi efetivamente oferecido. Durante a estadia, não havia outros hóspedes além deles, o que pode ter influenciado negativamente a qualidade dos serviços. O café da manhã era muito fraco, com poucas opções, totalmente incompatível com o valor da diária. Além disso, a televisão do quarto não funcionava, o que gerou mais desconforto. Outro ponto negativo foi a fechadura da porta do quarto, que apresentava problemas constantes, fazendo barulho repetidamente e causando incômodo. Mesmo após a reclamação, o ajuste demorou para ser realizado. Diante de todos esses problemas, não recomendo este hotel e não voltaria a me hospedar nele novamente. A expectativa criada pelo valor cobrado não condiz, em nenhum momento, com a experiência oferecida.
