Good morning Mr Craig , you are right about the noise but this has to do more with the location of this property because we are surround by other clubs and restaurants .It is a place to party since we are in the middle of town !If you were looking for a peaceful and quiet place this is not the right hotel, this is more to enjoy the night life of the area full of amenities and convenience of the location.Kind regards

Thank you for your stay at Hotel Blue Marlin. We're sorry to hear of anything you didn't like about your experience. I'm not sure how you weren't able to locate a staff member and I'm sorry to hear that. As far as running out of toilet paper, I don't see how the housekeepers would not see that and restock your bathroom with it? We have plenty on site and there is no reason for you to go without. Did you mention to someone that you needed more toilet paper? As far as any noise, we apologize as we just at the very end of final construction building a very nice nightclub on the property. On a positive note, we are glad you enjoyed our prime location and your stay overall. Yes, people are very nice here in Jaco and Costa Rica in general and we hope to have you back with us again. We work hard to make every guests stay a pleasurable one.
