My stay was disappointing. I booked for five people but only got three towels, and the hotel had no extras. There was no body soap, and no staff available to refill it. We also asked for an extra pillow for my child, but they had none. Basic items shouldn't be missing at a hotel.

This was a great hotel for the price. Clean in the areas you see, however, my daughter dropped her toy and I had to move the couch to grab it and found someone else's glass, a whole bunch of food and crumbs and other items. There's no telling how long it's been since someone cleaned behind the couch bed, which concerns me with how long it's been since someone has cleaned the couch or underneath other beds.... Aside from that, the hotel was decently clean. Staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast on most days was great and convenient. There was always a staff member cleaning up breakfast and replenishing. Rooms were nicely cleaned up every other day.

The room was incredible! The bathroom and closet space were large. We fit our entire family of 7 comfortably with the trundle bed under the sofa bed and the large queen beds! The room was spotless. The front desk staff was so friendly and let us check in early since we had arrived early and were traveling with small kids. We had gotten takeout for dinner and the gentleman at the front desk went and found paper plates for us. We will definitely stay here again, it’s within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops.

The front desk was friendly. The room was not thoroughly cleaned especially the couch, shower (with mold) and sink had hair. The towels have hair. Breakfast is average. There’s a $3 charge per night for the parking. I would not go back to this hotel nor recommend it. Not worth the money.
