The vrbo was really great and the location is excellent with amazing ocean view of the sunrise. The host had provided perfect directions and had all the things stocked up in the vrbo.I would definitely rent this place again during my next trip.

Beautiful property!

We had such a nice time at this property. It was spotlessly clean and has a magnificent view of the ocean from multiple windows/doors. The kitchen is well-stocked, we appreciated being able to use the beach gear (umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, etc) that were provided, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is lovely. A few things to know: if anyone in your group has mobility issues, getting to the beach requires exiting the building, walking through the pool area, walking down the boardwalk, and walking on a path through the dunes. It’s all very close, but one of the pools was closed during our stay, which meant lugging beach gear down to the next building/pool. There’s also not a smart tv (so you can’t use your YouTube tv account, etc) but it does have cable. These are not complaints but rather FYIs.

Beautiful Two-Bedroom Getaway

My wife and I needed some time to just kick back and take it easy. This particular unit was an excellent choice. Beautifully remodeled and outfitted, it was perfect for our needs. We had especially good cooperation from the property manager as we attempted to adjust our booking to work around an upcoming hurricane! New, hi-end televisions were in each room and among the new additions was beautiful new floooring. A great condo that we will book again!

Amazing!

The property is just as advertised. It's very clean, well decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, even high quality beach chairs! We loved the views from everywhere in the main living area and master bedroom. We loved everything and would book again!

Nice place

We have stayed at Ocean Place before and like that the condo units are nice/updated and clean. Also the building seems well-maintained. I wish there was a fitness room, but otherwise it is a great place.

Great Babymoon Getaway!

My son and daughter in law are expecting soon and we wanted to give them a week of relaxation, rest and fun. This condo was the perfect place for us. Great location, beautiful beach and close to anything you need. The owners allowed an early check-in which was gracious! Beds were comfy and unit was quiet. I played pickleball at the local park most mornings. Fantastic place…you’ll love it!

Perfect condo

We truly enjoyed this stay. First time on Amelia Island and this was a great place. The condo itself was exactly as pictured. Everything you need is supplied. The condo complex is a little older but would not hesitate to stay there again. Beautifully manicured grounds and easy access to the pool and the beautiful beach. We also walked next door to The Ritz twice for a drink and dinner. Was able to use Uber one night to head to the cutest town of Fernandina Beach. Property Managers were great with their communications.

What a wonderful stay!

We were very pleased with this condo. It was spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The view is incredible and we loved its proximity to The Ritz hotel next door. There were nice restaurants there. It’s centrally located on the island so an easy drive up to downtown Fernandina or to the southern area of the island.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

My husband and I and our college son stayed for 4 nights. The condo was even more lovely in person! The condo was very clean and well-appointed. It had everything we needed and more. The view of the water from the condo was beautiful and we enjoyed its central location on the island. We will definitely be back!
