The pool was filthy when we arrived. The hot tub doesn't work and it's not noted on the website...I only knew when I asked why the water level was over the top of the hot tub border. The pool sweep and the filter didn't work. The filter wanted to come on ...( I could hear it trying to start but the pump seemed to be frozen) The stealth pool guy showed up the day before we left and did something to get the sweeper thing running but it then sucked the hot tub dry and refilled it and then crapped out. Almost comical. The filter really needs to run at this house because there are ducks that land in the pool and poop in it. The thermostat mysteriously set itself to 80 degrees the last couple of days we were there. The fridge crisper drawer didn't open. There weren't enough dishwasher pods or soap, so we had to buy more. Kitchen stuff like aluminum foil was clearly supplied at a level that seemingly saved the owner a couple of bucks...and I mean only a couple of bucks. Why on earth they would alienate a tenant in order the save 4 is beyond me. I reached out to the agent a number of times and they responded but nothing was ever done. The agent did their job...it just seemed that their hands were tied in terms of having the OK to send the pool guy over on a day he wasn't supposed to come. All in all, it was a disappointing stay. The agent seemed goo but clearly the owner doesn't let them do a good job with the house.I would find another place to stay or expect things to not work.
