Had to ask for cleaning of room cleanup. They did not make the beds. Breakfast was terrible. Only had egg patties and waffles. No meat. No biscuits.

Our problem was primarily with a large group of youths who were left unattended every evening. Talking loudly down the halls, slamming doors and screaming in the pool area which was under our room. Other than that, it was alright.

I was not aware of a shuttle. The room looked pretty clean, but I think there were bedbugs present. After the first night I had a few red places and by the 3rd night I was covered with bites. I have never had bedbugs before…so I can’t be sure.. but definitely had something.
